Taking a 📸 photo of the 🕌 Sultan Mosque during the ☀️bluehour

Hello Hivers!

TGIF! I went to the Bugis area to check out the vibe of the area on a Friday night. It's such a nice cool place to hangout.

I reached the place just in time when the “blue-hour” photography is famous for. It is when the sun has already set while the sky appears to be blue due to the remaining faint light from the sun. I tried a few attempts until I finally got the right angle where the intensity of the blue sky is at its best. The golden dome has a good contrast with the blue sky. It doesn't even require any editing to produce this nice photo.

The Masjid Sultan or the Sultan Mosque is the most important landmark here in the Kampong Glam area and it's also an important focal point for the Muslims here in Singapore. The Sultan Mosque is visible from a distance of a kilometer outside of Kampong Glam area. You may also hear the prayer during the specific times in a day.

While I was taking these photos, I can here the prayers being uttered. Surrounding the Sultan Mosque are the shops and restaurants that offer Malay and Middle-Eastern cuisines.

This is one of the places in Singapore that everyone should visit.

After taking the photos, I already went to the MRT and headed back home 🏡
