A Day For My Children In London

The architecture of London and the history is amazing and my children loved it. When I told them that the Queen was home with the Union Jack flag raised at full mast on top of Buckingham Palace they were very excited.
My wife stayed home with our youngest son Will he was full of cold, Luke is our oldest son he was at work training to be a plumber so it was just me Elliot and Lara having a long day out in London.
It takes us around 3 hours on the train to get from Chester to London kids loved that too.
One of the highlights of the day was to see Big Ben - Real name is the Elizabeth Tower Big Ben being the Bell inside.
know the kids were excited.
Elliot and Lara wanted to hang around so we could hear Big Ben ring out, so looked in around a few gift shops for them.
O my ring out, was it load? Big Ben O yes, It was loud but also different from any bell I have ever heard before - Spectacular I loved it more than the kids did, they covered their ears most of the time...
The Horseman guard was dressed in all his bling looking cool, the horse, on the other hand, was restless I do not think it was enjoying the attention at all.
The Welsh Guard with his big dark fluffy hat know they are amazing he didn't move can a human being can stand that still for so long not a movement as we all watched it went from boring to the kids loving the fact we could not see a single blink of movement. Very Impressed.

I think there were a few bad un`s gone through there - The building was really amazing the architecture was very impressive it was more like a Disney princesses castle.
Along day but it was great and to spend some quality time with even half of your family is an opportunity never to be missed.
