This was a difficult composition to get a clean shot because of the light pollution around. This view has Rapid City on the backdrop which washes out the core area of the milky way a bit and was really tricky to pull out details. I used light pollution filter, which helped to reduce its effect a little bit, got a useful image at the end I think. — with ashim in Bear Butte, South Dakota.
