- Sunset -
A characteristic I particularly liked about Paris was the exciting cityscape. The sense of endless, very wide streets that run through the city accompanied by large beautiful trees. In this picture you see such a street ending in a complex of modern high-rise buildings. I took this photo at the top of the triumphal arch. From this building eight such long streets go away in a ring-like shape. Take a quick look at it yourself using Google Maps:
LINK. The building itself is well worth a visit as it leaves such an epic impression. Nevertheless, I would recommend paying the entrance fee and enjoying the view from above. The Eiffel Tower can also be seen from the triumphal arch.
- Sonnenuntergang -
Eine Eigenschaft, die mir in Paris besonders gefiel war das spannende Stadtbild. Gefühlt endlose, sehr breite Straßen, die sich durch die Stadt ziehen und dabei von großen Bäumen begleitet werden. Hier endet solch eine Straße in einem Komplex von modernen Hochhäusern. Das Foto habe ich vom Triumphbogen gemacht, von diesem Gebäude gehen acht solcher langen Straßen ringförmig weg. Schaut euch das einfach selbst per Google Maps kurz an:
LINK. Das Gebäude selbst ist schon einem Besuch wert, da es solch einen epischen Eindruck hinterlässt. Trotzdem würde ich zusätzlich empfehlen den Eintritt zu zahlen und die Aussicht von oben zu genießen. Auch der Eiffelturm ist vom Triumphbogen aus schön sichtbar.
