If you could imagine the most picturesque Disney-fairytale like place in the world, you need look no further than Vienna in December.
I was really looking forward to seeing Vienna - the pictures I've seen of Austria in general look pretty surreal with beauty absolutely everywhere. So when the opportunity came for us to visit this city, I was definitely very excited.
Visually, Vienna surpassed all expectations. When you walk around the city centre, you are completely entrenched in beauty. The buildings, the cobble stone sidewalks/streets, the lights, the fashion, the food - its almost overwhelming.
I also loved the art.. it seemed like they just thought of the coolest ideas to brighten the place up..
And if you get a chanced to visit the museums - you won't be disappointed. We were only there for 48 hours and we didn't get to see much, just enough to make us want to come back.. immediately.
