Around the Canadian Rockies in B&W and Colour

This is Cascade Mountain, as seen from a back alley, just off Banff ave, Banff National Park, Alberta. It was named in 1858 by a fellow named James Hector, after the cascade like glacial waters that flow down the sides. In the second photo is a Big Horned sheep, taking a break from all the tourists gawking at him!
