I was in Bohol Province in the Philippines last year. While at the airport there I was amazed to see Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte.
He had a smile on his face but otherwise seemed rather stiff. He also didn't say much; in fact he didn't speak at all.
It is a memory I will never forget!
