Prawn crackers
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of rice flour
- 1 ounce of wheat flour
- 150 grams Shrimp
- 1 milli gram coriander
- 3 medium cloves of garlic
- 3 turmeric
- 5 pieces of leek
- to taste salt
- 1 1/2 medium glass Water
- To taste fried oil
How to Cook it:
Cut the tail and head the shrimp, clean the shrimp, wash it clean.
Smooth ulek coriander, garlic and turmeric. Finely slice onion.
Enter the finer spices, leek, flour, rice flour and shrimp. Give the water little by little while stirring until smooth and liquid. Give a little salt.
Heat oil for frying. Fry thin according to taste. Fried until brownish yellow.
