My favourite noodles. In Singapore, we call it mee-pok, a flat yellow noodle with a springy texture. Usually served with fishballs, minced pork and some veggies.
This, is the vegan version. Absolutely delicious!
(Sorry you can't really see the mee-pok hidden by all the dishes but still, so damn yummy!)
