On yesterday I baked some vegan oatmeal raisin cookies that were simply superb.
I had a taste for something sweet but still healthy, so I decided to try a recipe that I had come across online. I really enjoy rating systems where users are able to try the recipes out and vote by the number of stars on the quality of the end product. I would definitely give this recipe five stars just like many of the other cooks.
I did not have any dark molasses or golden syrup so I just used 100% maple syrup and also added two additional tablespoons of almond milk.
The cookies are crisp, not too sweet and soft and chewy in the inside. Thank you lovingitvegan.com for adding a sparkle to my sweet tooth.
