My own style of cooking lechon paksiw

First you put oil in a cooking pan then add onions, garlic, ginger, sili-spada and then you add the chop small pieces of lechon baboy then mix it.

Finally you add water, let it boil, then put magic sarap, salt and ajinomoto, then finish ready to serve.
