Way's to help each other on Hive?

Hello, welcome!

Especially if you've clicked through from the last post (Just DO something!).

Is it all doom and gloom?

Leading on from my last post, I went for a walk and spent some time playing with the dog. Then it occurred it may be construed quite negatively, crypto and life is PvP? Does this mean no one helps each other? Is everyone against each other?

Let's take it to a personal level, you at least clicked on this post, so you've taken the first step. How far do YOU go to support others? Not, you as in someone else, who cares what they're doing. What are YOU, yes, YOU reading this, doing for others? Do you curate? Comment or just read?

I was going to say "or do you just post your own content and focus on your own personal growth" but if that was the case you wouldn't be here, so give yourself a pat on the back and lets look at how we can all take some extra steps to maximise our time on Hive, supporting our own growth, and other users! Together we're stronger, a Hive grows together!

Hive SBI

Hive SBI is a newer concept to me but something that has been around for a long time on steemit Hive. Here's an interesting overview An into Hive SBI

I think the concept of this is awesome, not only for supporting others but also yourself on Hive. Do you have an experience? Drop a comment and let us know your views on Hive SBI.

DreemPort

Dreemport allows you to submit thier content (mainly focusing on written content) and others (YOU) will curate. This project allows some more visibility on your posts (especially for newer users) even those outside of Hive. Anyone with a blogging platform can post their own unique links for others to curate.

I'd love to see more users using Dreemport and helping curate some of the awesome content being produced across Hive and further afield. You are not forced to interact, simply curate the content on dreemports platform to judge whether it's content worthy of being shared.

OCD community

The OCD community is one I've not managed to spend much time in, there's so many interesting communities on Hive it's hard to keep up. I often see their "new user" spotlights and other onboarding work which I think deserves a special mention

OCD Community "About" page.

Check out their community on Hive, or join their Discord to find out more and get involved!

Some other interesting ideas for supporting other users

Hive.Vote, not keen on curating content yourself? Add your favourite content creators to your "fanbase" or follow a curation trail of another user to vote on the same posts they are curating. A great way to earn a little extra if you're not actively curating and engaging.

Hive Newsletters - A great idea, something more people are trying, I recently discovered Hive Today feel free to check it out.

Delegate HP to other users/projects - You can delegate your HP to another user or project which gives them more power to curate, build and grow. Some projects/users provide rewards however the basic delegation does not benefit you other than an APR on your HP. Handy if you have "spare" HP or not active enough to continuously curate and interact. This more so applies to users with a lot of excess HP to gain from delegating.

On that note, leave a comment, let me know what community (or communities) you love on Hive, and which communities support each other and really benefit others. Give us an overview of how they're beneficial to Hive and the wider network.

Bonus "giveaway" send someone 1 Hive SBI.
Share a screenshot in the comments, and I'll send you one Hive SBI.

in the very rare chance this post gets a million comments, we'll impose a limit of 10 for now, if we get a lot of interest, I'll provide more Hive SBI events, I think it's a great concept for community growth here on Hive. Some cn currently be found in sloth.buzz discord.
