This is an innovative designed proposed by DXA. The New Empire developer hopes to get this project started ASAP. It will be constructed on 6205 8th avenue in New York.
My personal opinion is that there are quite a few awkward nooks in this rendering and the floor space would be somewhat compromised as a result. At least it's something new and challenging to erect.
