On Sunday the 18th Of February 2018 it came to the notice of the NATIONAL AGENCY FOR FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL(NAFDAC) that certain varieties of fake antimalarial drugs with no active ingredients are been circulated.
- The three product descriptions which are affected includes Fansidar 25/500mg, Combiart 20/120mg and Coartem 20/120mg.
- The batch number for two products is available see in the picture below.
