We love greeting the sunrise as a family. This morning we made our way to a local spring fed lake. We fish and swim here but we also enjoy the sunrise from this perspective. You can see Zion National Park peeking up... on the horizon.
Our son, River....got quiet...as the sun started to peek out above the mountains....and he said "Hello sun!" "We love you sun!"
The feeling....of greeting the sun in gratitude as a family...is like no prayer...I've ever shared with another human. FELT! AWE STRUCK!
My beloved @thegiftofself ...will be writing on the topic of sun gazing soon. I just wanted to share this mornings sunrise with all of Steemit...from the place we live!
