#718 - Nature and Life.

Happy Saturday evening dearest Hiveans. Hope all is well with all of you. We are here in Sagada which is a small town found in remote highlands of Mountain province. We just arrived early today at six in the morning and we will also leave tomorrow at nine in the morning. We just came here for an overnight and tomorrow night I have a work already so it's going to be a long day tomorrow for me. I will get my sleep only on Monday morning already.

For our daily shots let me share these macro photography of tiny insects we encountered during a trek somewhere in Lousiana Laguna where we visited a waterfalls there. Here are some shots, first three are showing small green young grasshoppers bonded as a group on leaves of wild plants. The youngsters are closed to their siblings as a bond and maybe they can't fend for themselves yet. The parents are not with them anymore so maybe they were left on these green leaves on purpose so that they can try to live on their own already and the leaves are the first source of nourishments for them to have. On the third photo I put my hand close to them a bit just for comparison to have an idea about the sizes of the insects.

Then these next two shots shows an orange tortoise beetle which is busy walking around the green leaf. It has black round spots on its back which is also protected by a translucent shell. There's seems to be round eyes also but the eyes are just beside the two antennas.

Then the last three photos shows a young long legged orange spider that is still hanging to its web even during day time where it's suppose to be resting already but somehow it's still up. So it could be that the critter hasn't caught enough flies during the night that it continued to seek them during daylight.
