#618 - The town of Banaue in Ifugao.

Happy Saturday evening fellow Hivers. I am a bit wasted today, well it started yesterday evening after my six kilometers of jogging. I felt sick and got a fever up to noon today. I had to take paracetamol to rid of the fever. I hope I could report to work which is tomorrow morning.

Moving to our daily shots, we have here colorful ones when we went to Banaue which is the capital of the province. We just passed by on our way to Batad which is a remote village with the oldest rice terraces. We first had our breakfast on a restaurant beside the the mountain and took this beautiful shot of the other buildings erected on the other side of the mountains.

This is on the other side of the restaurant. They have s terrace where we can see a good view of the surrounding area. Lots pf greens here and cools the minds just by looking at it.

Looking down on the bottom is a river where flows muddy water because there was a rain the other day. There is also a house literally on the river. Not sure if gush of water runs through it when there are typhoons.

Across where we are eating, we have a good view also of the school in this town. They have several storeys of concrete buildings which definitely could accommodate most of the local students in this area. Other houses are also beside the school.

The locals also keep their farms even if there is a fast progress of rising buildings in the area.
