#455 - Inside one of Sagada's Cave.

Finally it's Friday, what a week it is. How are you all doing my fellow beautiful Hiveans? It's always been raining here every single day and not much to do when it rains. After I finish work at three in the afternoon, I immediately prepared the washing machine for our whole week's laundry. I am responsible for the laundry works and once the garments are done with the drier then the responsibility goes to my wife to hang dry the garments. Once they are totally dry, thanks to the heat of the sun, she will also take care in folding the clothes and that kinda stuff. It's been a while since we went out for a hike and she is already looking for a group that's offering hikes because it's cheaper if you are with a group instead of the only two of us. The only advantage of us going to the hike instead of a group is that we can manage our own time and deviate from the schedule. Also it will allow me time to take street photography when there's just the two of us.

And now for our photos for today let me bring us back to Sagada when tourists are allowed to go there before the pandemic hits. We stayed there for two nights and on our first day we went straight to the caves they have about a kilometer or two from where the main town is. We went first to the Lumiang cave and went out of the Sumaguing cave entrance. This shot shows the latter cave wherein there are people with light in the background. There is still a lower part of the cave there and since it was crowded my wife decided not to go there any longer as we were already tired from the overnight trip and also the spelunking we just did.😁 She just decided that I will take more of her photos instead.

That is the way down going to the deeper part of Sumaguing cave and there are water coming from where we stand so the rocks are slippery mostly. So it is better to go here with a good pair of shoes or sandals that will not slip on wet rocks.

Here is a pool of water inside the cave. The water here is cold too and crystal clear. You can see the bottom of the pool which are also compose of rocks. Our sandals didn't had problem with tractions and never had issues with them slipping on rocks, except on mud the sandals don't stand a chance.

Then we got this huge rock formations which also act like a pool. Just behind where my wife stands is a two feet deep pool of cold water too which comes from the opening above the photo.

Then we got a photo of the two of us, thanks to our guide who take this shot with a huge . But I wonder what those smoke like thing in the frame, there were no smoke at all in the cave so not sure where those came from. Weird.😄

Then the wife also had a solo pose near one of the rocks we saw inside the cave. The rocks are also near the stream of cold water which is on the right side of the frame. The deepest we encountered in this stream was at chest deep and could even be deeper when it's raining according to our guide.
