Get Rid of Headache with Proper Diet.

Headache a serious issue that many of us are facing everyday. It is common pain among many due to stress factor or genetic factor or many other factors. Recently while reading an article, I found that of all who suffers headache 70% are Women. I did not believe that women's always bear so much pain so easily.

Main reason of continuous headache in a human being are, weather condition, allergy, strong odours, bright light or mensural cycles among women that trigger a strong Headache. We do take many medicines, or consult a doctor or take massage or do many things to get rid of the Stinking Pain. However all these measure are of no avail as we do not get proper cure and the pain keep killing us within. But many of us do not knows that, something in our Diet could also be reason for Headache. And an improved Nutritious Diet could help in avoiding the Headache issues in many.

It is kind of magic diets that make wonders on our health. These are all homely remedies that may prevent what may consider as a serious issue on our health. Here are few inputs that may proves beneficial, in removing the prolong Headache.

  • Prostaglandins , the harmone substance in our body that controls pain. Ginger helps.in controlling these harmone and helps in reducing headache. Chewing a slice of Ginger with lemon or black pepper at first sign may help in preventing Migraine.

  • Consuming flaxseeds regularly also helps in controlling these Prostaglandins harmones. Flaxseeds contains alpha linolenic acid which make it more effective..

  • Increasing the Protein intake also helps in reducing the headache. Especially eating Fish 2-3 times a day. Other items like Paneer, Tofu, Almonds Eggs etc helps in controlling Low Blood Pressure, thereby reducing the headache chances .

  • Stress have been a great factors for most of the headache cases. This results in reducing Magnesium in human body. We can increase the the Magnesium level through Almonds, Brown Rice, Leafy Vegetable, Nuts , thereby controlling the Headache.

Apart from having a balanced diet , detoxification also helps in preventing Headache. We should have a proper digestion system to get rid of headache which can only be possible through a good diet.

The cure is in our hand, we just need to be a bit disciplined and make the most of the available remedies at home to live a healthy life.
