Yoga is helpful for their flexibility, strength, and also help to develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them and Help the parents and babies bond also.

Today I will suggestion you a yoga pose in order to improve the digestive system for your childs!

**I am FLY!! **

Locust Pose is knows as Shalabhasana, is a reclining back-bending asana, Which its help you baby improve their flexible on the legs and the back and also improve the digestive system !

How to Fly

  1. Put your baby lie down on the belly, Try to keep the legs and feet together.
  2. Arms out by your their side
  3. Lift their legs off the floor
    ** Try to keep their pubic bone pressed on the floor**
  4. Count 1-6 and lower their and Repeat!

TIP!

You can also try lifting one leg at a time holding for 6 seconds and then swapping legs.

Be Aware!!!

You should play this pose 2 hour after big meal and an hour after light meal in order to prevent your baby from puking!!!
