Hello steemians, do you like to eat mushroom?

I like all kinds of mushroom which are edible.LOL
Both natural mushroom and growing mushroom are so delicious.As a highland, my hometown is plentiful of natural mushroom after the couples of early raining days. We can pick it up our self in the forests near us.

The joyfulness is so significant when we found it. That's why one of Myanmar proverb say "The face when he/she found the mushroom". This proverb is usually used to mention about someone's happy feeling when he/she having good luck. This weekend, we got the seasonal mushroom, locals called "Taung Pot mushroom" . It is my favorite one. It have long stem and white color head.

It is an amazing feeling when we can pull out the whole stem which is embedded in soil without damage the stem.And it's not the easy work as we thought.
Finally, mushroom are transformed to the yummy meal with water grass.

ဒီတစ္ပတ္ ပိတ္ရက္တုန္းက တစ္ႏွစ္တစ္ခါေပၚလို႕လာ ေမာင္ရင္မင္းေလာင္းထီးျဖဴေဆာင္း ဆိုတဲ့အတိုင္း ရာသီစာေတာင္ပို႕မိႈေလးရလို႔ မိႈဟင္းအရမ္းႀကိဳက္တဲ့ အီေဖကိုယ္ တအား်ပ်ာ္သြားတာေပါ့။ ဟိုရက္ပိုင္းဆီက ရြာထားေပးတဲ့ မိုးရဲ႕ေက်းဇူးေၾကာင့္ ေစာေစာစီးစီး မႈိစားရလို႔ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္ ကိုေရႊမိုးေရ။
ငယ္ငယ္တုန္းကဆို အိမ္အေနာက္ဘက္က ေတာထဲသြားျပီး မိႈရွာရတာ အရမ္းစိတ္လွဳပ္ရားဖို႕ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ ေတာင္ပို႕မိွဳဆိုတဲ့အတိုင္း ျခေတာင္ပို႕ေလးေတြမွာေပါက္တတ္တာမို႕ ေတာထဲက ျခေတာင္ပို႕ေတြနားကို အဓိက သြားရွာၾကရတာေပါ့။ ေတာင္ပို႕ဆိုေတာ့ ေျမြပါးကင္းပါးကလည္း ေၾကာက္ရေသးတ္ရယ္။
အကယ္၍မ်ား ကံေကာင္းေထာက္မၿပီး မိႈေတြ႕ခဲ့ရင္ အရမ္းေပ်ာ္တာပဲ။ ဒီေနရာမွာ ဘာေၾကာင့္ကံေငာင္း်ထာက္မ၍လို႕သံုးႏွဳန္းရလဲဆိုရင္ မိီဳရွာတယ္ဆိုတာ ကံနဲ႕လည္းအေတာ္ဆိုင္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ႏွစ္မွ တစ္ခါပဲေပၚတတ္တဲ့မိႈျဖစ္တာကတစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျမြေတြ ျခေတြရဲ႕အစာျဖစ္တာကလည္းတစ္ေၾကာင္း ေနာက္ဆံုး မိႈရွာသူအခ်င္းခ်င္း မ်က္စိလွ်င္တဲ့သ ရတာကတစ္ကာင္း အေၾကာင္းေၾာင္းေတြေၾကာင့္ မိႈရဖို႕ဆိုတာ အေတာ္ခဲယဥ္းပါတယ္။
မိႈေတြ႕ျပီဆိုရ္ သူ႕ကို မက်ိဳးမပဲ့ေအာင္ သူ႕က်င္းထဲကေန ႏွဳတ္ရပါတယ္ အဲ့ဒါကလည္း ပညာသား အေတာ္ပါတယ္ရယ္။ အားနဲ႕အတင္းဆြဲႏွဳတ္လိုက္ရင္ မိႈေျခေထာက္ေလက ေျမႀကီးထဲျကတ္က်န္ေနခဲ့ေရာ ။မေလ်ာ့မေင္းေလး ႏွဲ႕ႏွဲ႕ၿပီး ႏွဳတ္ရပါတယ္။ သူမ်ားေတြကေတာ့ ေပါက္ျပာေတြနဲ႕ ေျမႀကီးကို တူးျပီးယူပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုတူးလိုက္ရင္ေတာ့ လြယ္တာေပါ့ ဒါေပမယ့္ မိႈက်င္းကန္းသြားတတ္ပါတယ္။ ကန္းတယ္ဆိုတာ မ်ိဳးတုန္းသြားတာကို ကိုယ္တို႕ေဒသအေခၚနဲ႕ေျပာျပတာပါ။
ကိုယ္တို႕ျပင္ဦးလြင္မွာကေတာ့ မိႈအမ်ိဳးအစား ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားထြက္ပါတယ္။ သိသေလာက္ေျပာျပ႐င္ မိႈဦးနက္ ၊ မိႈစိမ္းစား ၊ ငွက္ဆြတ္မိႈ ၊ စကြဲမိႈ ၊ မိႈနီ နဲ႕ ခု ေတာင္ပို႕မိႈေတြေပါ့ေနာ္။ ကိုယ္ကေတာ့ မိႈဆိုရင္ စားလို႔ရတာအကုန္စားတယ္ အကုန္ႀကိဳက္တယ္။ ဒီေရွ႔ေရွာက္ ရာသီက မိႈရာသီ ျဖစ္တာမို႕ မိႈစားရမယ္အေရး ေတြးေပ်ာ္ေနပါတယ္လို႕ မိႈဋီကာခ်ဲ႕လိုက္ရပ္တယ္ ။ ။
