Mehta, a cardiologist in Philadelphia.Listening to live music at a concert can increase your pain threshold, says Dr. Steven Eisenberg, an oncologist based near San Diego. He also says its good for your mental outlook and your longevity. He also says if you only move half the time you are at a concert, you are getting well needed exercise and your diaphragm is getting a workout.
