Kung Fu Stretch- everyday routine, get healthy and fit

This stretch routine is great to progressively get more flexible all the way to obtaining a split. You will feel it primarily in your thighs and ham strings for a long time, but eventually break through to stretching the deep, dense area around your hip socket. This is where big changes occur in your form work, the shape and overall geometry of your stance and posture improve. It takes about 20 minutes a day to do this routine, and I now liken it to eating a meal. Sometimes I take longer to do it, 30-40 minutes, and I go deeper than usual and hold it a little longer.
