Meditation: How to start - Quick Guide

Hey guys,

I see people struggling on how to start proper meditation. So I'll make a quick guide on easy steps to achieve a peaceful state of mind.

1 - Sit comfortably with straight spine
2 - Close your eyes and relax, relax all your muscles
3 - Deep breathe for a while
4 - Now let your body do the breathing, you'll see that you'll get more and more relaxed
5 - Pay attention to the breathing, just watch it, don't force it, just watch.
6 - Start doing 5 to 10 minutes per day and gradually increase it as you get more comfortable

Follow carefully these 6 steps and you'll see great results.
