Hi guys,
I think you have to see what this man is doing. This is Yousef Saleh Erakat he will be known as fouseytube. He has a youtube channel with 10 million subs. His youtube channel was all about pranks and short videos with meanings. Last year he made some bad decisions like click bates and making other youtubers look bad while it wasn't his intention. So they called him the most hated youtuber! He had so much stuff, a freakin nice BIG house with everything in it, a car, motorcycles and other stuff. He thought that buying things will make him happy but he did know that wasn't true. He was also suffering from depression, staying at home, in his comfort zone.
Eventually he decided to go to a smaller apartment, with 2 of his best friend Alex and Aaron (also youtubers). But the day they were supposed to move in their new house, the owner said:"I'm not giving you guys the house." Because he saw a video of Alex on Youtube doing something. So they pulled it away, and Yousef had actually no house. So Alex and Aaron started looking for new houses. And he was sitting in his apartment, everything was packed up and he was looking around, just thinking. And he was going to the movies that night with Alex. He kept thinking about what to do.. It called him back to a moment at his old house with his parents back in San Diego. While he was high (he was under the influence of marihuana) he typed a bunch of note to himself on his phone, went to sleep, woke up the next morning. Pulled out his phone forgetting what he wrote. Looked at his notepad. And he read: "LEAVE LA, YOUR UNHAPPYNESS IS IN LA." there were a bunch of stories to himself telling:"You keep doing the same thing over and over again." "Your life is not getting better." "Each year is going to pass you by you think that you going to beat this mental illnesses, you think you going to beat this wave of depression that comes to you every 4 months. You're NOT!" So while he was in the movies, he was like freezing, he had the moment. He realized that he has to go out Los Angeles. He looked at everything that was around him while he was packing. And every item he picked up, he was like:"Daaang, I haven't used this in like 2 months.. But I'm gonna keep it anyway I'm gonna take it with me." That item wasn't necessary in his life, wasn't making him happy, wasn't fulfilling him. As everything else wasn't, the fame, the money and all that stuff. So he had the idea right there, get rid of everything! What's next? Step out of your comfort zone! He was thinking about to go to friends house, to other youtubers and fans house. That was his initial idea to step out his comfort zone. And than the next couple days, as they where walking with Daniella (his camerawoman) to shoot the first video, he ran into somebody. He was explaining the idea to him very exciting. Telling him he wasn't going to spend any money of his own. But he thought it was so unfair, their was one missing piece of his idea. So the guy was like:"Freeze your bankaccounts." So Yousef had an idea coming again:"Oh and then when people give me money, I'm gonna double it to charity." He already was going to put $100.000,- to charity.
So this really is a next big step for him to take and I'm already watching since episode 1. Guys what he does is really great and I understand him. I see what he his trying to do. Spreading love, helping people out, the small things. It's all about the small things. He literally makes a girl cry when he buys her pizza in the pizzeria. He's helping the homeless. He picks randomly people to give them money, food or just talk to them.
This is episode 18 now, a short episode. And he started with a project called "Butterfly". I want you guys to follow his journey, start watching the first episode. I believe that also you will see that the things he do is really important nowadays.
