What in the world...

It was brought to my attention an issue plaguing a local company and what the employees there are dealing with. A close friend shared with me what she has been dealing with at her new job.

Check it out:

What would you do if you had a boss that held a company meeting alerting all the employees that he won't be approving any raises nor distributing company bonuses this year despite the company growing from its success because he believes that no one spends their money properly, therefore he doesn't want to give them more to "misuse".

I was told that nearly all of the employees are welfare recipients because despite working 40+ hours weekly, they don't offer livable wages (especially after taxes), even with college degrees being required to obtain a job there and everyone having families to support. In a saturated market where jobs are sparse, the dollar devalued, the cost of living is damn near impossible to afford, and an employer playing the game of "they know better" .. what are people to do?

You can't quit and go elsewhere. You can't afford to quit. You can't afford to stay. These issues aren't rare, this circumstance echos all over America.

How do we change this?
