One of the advantages of living near a mall is you can trek to it any time of day. Since it's nearing the Christmas season, you've got to love the well-lit facade of the area.

Since it's Friday, you'll see lots of folks around.

Entering from another side of the mall, we had to cross this well-lit bridge to get to the main mall.

We were there to watch a movie, but first we need to grab a bite. Should we dine at the food court? Before deciding, we went to buy movie tickets first.

Frozen 2 is showing this weekend, so we're watching that. My daughter is a huge fan.

It's a good thing there's no line at the cinema ticket counter.

After we bought the tickets for the last full show, it's time to look for a place to dine. I thought the main atrium design of the mall looks fantastic, so I took a photo.

That looks like a good place to have dinner. We haven't tried Black Scoop Cafe, so we decided to stop there.

The dining area is not too big, but we found a cozy table for two. Good thing it's not packed as I was quite hungry.

Did I mention we love pasta? Well, that's exactly what we were having for tonight. Carbonara and bolognese, can't go wrong with that!

Always remember to leave room for dessert. Mmm classic sans rival.

We still have a bit more time left, so we went walking around the mall. Found this set up that's perfect for taking photos. Till our next adventure...
