Ticks

Ticks attack both humans and animals. Here are some facts about them:

1. Not all ticks are carriers of Lyme disease - most ticks are healthy. About 30% of ticks are carriers.

2. They attract the smell of the body.

3. Ticks usually live up to 150 centimeters. We will find them among the bushes and grasses.

4. Preferably choose armpit, groin, bend of knee or head. Places where the skin is thin and well bloody.

5. In most cases, erythema does not appear. When the spot of the bite appears, the warm and sometimes painful characteristic of redness is a sign of infection.

6. Forceps must be pulled completely. Do not leave any fragment in your body.
