Happiness?

 Happiness is often described as a state of mind or an emotional or mental state of well-being.  Happiness is when someone experiences positive emotions, like joy, pride, rarely negativity, sadness or anger. Being happy and positive highly impacts on your daily life and mental, as well as physical well-being. Many times, sickness is caused from being negative. If you send positive messages to your brain, you will be happy and physically well.

 We can’t constantly be happy, that is impossible. However, we were designed to be able to deal with our problems and get up when we fall down. I personally think that happiness comes from contentment. You may not have the best life, you may have a lot of issues and problems to deal with, but when you start being content with the good and try your best to overlook the bad, your life will have tremendous changes which would be good for your health. That does not mean you have to be happy all the time. Neither does it mean that you should not be affected with problems. When dealing with a problem, grieve at the time. When it is over, you should except it and move on, it is part of the healing process.
