Cooking Tender Pork Loins (Foodprn Photography)

Ok lets start!


The first step to cooking the best pork loin is to fill a glass of white wine. This will not be used in anyway in the recipe. Its for the chef!

Once you have your wine, set aside and grind some garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt into a paste

Now grab your Pork Loin, be gentle although it loves a spank or two if you feel kinky in the kitchen.

Grab a sharp knife and stab the pork. You can picture Trump on Net neutrality if it helps. Grab your olive oil and drizzle the meat. Don't worry be generous! Take the garlic paste and start giving a sensual massage to the meat, rubbing and filling every pore with the lovely paste.

Put the meat in the oven for an hour at 175 Celsius. Cook until the middle is at 65 Celsius, ideally you use a thermometer with big pieces of meat
Once the meat is ready it should look like this!


should have done a better job at plating but was too hungry to play around, plus the meat was getting cold ^^
