I think the best way to consume anything is "IN MODERATION". I know its hard to say no to foods such as, chocolates, sweets and beverages, especially when you have craving to it, but its for the best. If you're really caving for sweets then there are other alternatives, just like in your blog, fruits can be a good substitute, which is a healthier option. Thank you @stephan92 for the awareness!
