To stay healthy and happy an office should be well aired, with plants to provide clean oxygen and the scent of flowers to heal and inspire you.
Too many distractions can slow the work process ...... unless as with me, the distractions are your work.
This little guy needed a brief cuddle after flying into my window. Birds do this occasionally but are always ok and fly off within minutes thankfully.
Take a break and stretch your legs every few hours... even a short walk can refresh your outlook on life, the universe and everything.
When you return from a little fresh air things can look very much clearer.
Remember when it comes to lunchtime, food should provide both energy and happiness so eat good, healthy food, thoughtfully and with appreciation for all that went into preparing it. Eating the wrong things will only cause fatigue and ill health.
Then when it is all over for another day, remember to relax at least for an hour or two, you have earned the right!
