In Canada and especially in Alberta summers are very short. For that reason, every city tries to organize as many outdoor events and festivals as possible. It's too many of them to name them but one is the biggest and most important.
And that is Calgary Stampede. I attended one of them a few years ago.
We're talking about history here. Or maybe I should say tradition. Canada celebrated 150 anniversary this year and it's not so old compared to other countries around the world.
Traditional and modern. Which one is more attractive? It's your choice.
This is history, if you ask me?
And this is tradition.
And behind this wall. The Games.
But not today. Maybe tomorrow.
