How To Stay Calm When You Are Overwhelmed!

Lately, this has been creeping up on me a lot.
My new business is growing faster than I ever imagined. I'm still trying to recover from the damage of the business I shut down earlier of this year.
It just really feels like I'm being pulled 500 directions at once, With my time.
My brain also really wants a day off!
When you feel like this, It can seem like you have to quit everything to keep yourself afloat. But here are some tactics that can help you keep going.

Build A Strong Foundation With whatever you Do

I made this mistake more than once back then, Rapidly building up a business before I even had a foundation set up. It was a bad way of doing things and as a result. My business began to fall.

You need to build a foundation. Start from the basics. Sometimes you can get away with skipping small steps. But often those are there for a reason, and you should avoid skipping them.
Not having a proper foundation can cause you a lot of stress later down the road.

Look For Opportunities

Many of us forget that there are a lot of opportunities out there.
We get so hung up on our struggles that we don't look for "help." Sometimes help can be in the form of software, Websites or free lancers. They can take a lot off your load and make your life easier.

I've been having trouble taking care of myself lately. Because all of my efforts have gone into work.
I realized one day when I felt ill, That I hadn't eaten much over the last few days.
So I found a food place that will deliver healthy meals to my door ready to eat, So I could focus on my work rather than cooking. This made me feel much better and more motivated because I had the energy to get work done. And I wasn't scrambling to cook myself something.
Whenever you are struggling, Chances are, Someone else is struggling too.
And when a lot of people have the same issue, sometimes an Entrepreneur will step in and build a business around solving your issue. So don't be afraid to spend a little time digging around looking for a way to make your life easier!

Block Out Whats Unnecessary

We have so many distractions these days! Sometimes the little pinging sound from your phone, People calling you, Your Facebook making noise, Is the cause of your stress.
All of these things seem "Urgent, " but they may not be important to address right now. Don't be afraid to shut your phone off for a couple of hours, Ban yourself from Facebook. Or do whatever you can to block out all that stuff that you need to ignore right now. Most of it can wait! You can address it later once you are done with the task you care currently working on.

Know When To take a break

Sometimes you may indeed need a break, You may not think it's necessary, but everyone needs to relax, and de-stress at times. By taking a day off once in a while, It will allow you to come back that much more motivated. When you never take a break, you will gradually get more and more worn out to the point you can't even function.
And your quality of work will greatly suffer as a result.
