Meditation tips for healing and Relaxation

For People who are new to meditation, these few tips i post here will help propel you to the next level.
Meditation is not something new it has been from the eons.
For me it has been a practice and i do my meditations daily. You can use few of my recommendations here.
First consider a quiet place away from noise or any other destruction, have a mat, pillows,water or low sugar fresh fruit drink.
STEPS
1: Sit comfortably with your back straight, you can also do his by lying down straight facing up with your arms crossed over your chest or straight with palms facing up.

2: Start by three to four deep breaths to help you relax and the start by slowly just focusing on your breath and just be with it don't analyze anything just be aware of it do this for as long as you are comfortable.

3: Slowly start to be aware of your surrounding by focusing on the empty space under your closed eyelids feel the love and imagine a bright light shining all over you. Do no fall asleep during meditations, repeat this process daily and you will feel the difference in your life. Meditation is just being quiet and following your breath that's all nothing hidden.
