Smoking Facts From Personal Experience

Intro
I am writing this article to share with you a bad experience I had which is smoking.

Note: Everything here is all based on my personal experience and observations.

I still remember when I first started smoking. A younger guy told us a known say in Arabic regarding cigarettes that means something like "starts as pampering and ends burning". To point that people start to smoke for fun and to look cool(in our society at a certain age we think that), and things ends up in addiction.

Some people like to try everything at least once. And this try it once led almost all the triers to addiction when it comes to smoking.

Well what is addiction?
From my perspective addiction in few words is "putting yourself in a cage that is extremely hard for you to step out of it on your own".

Literally I see it as someone standing up and trotting to a cage with an open door; saying the door is open, I can step out anytime. But once s/he is in, s/he can see the door open but cannot step out.

Quitting
Me and a lot of people who wanted to quit smoking their failure was around 9x%. Many stop for a period of time(that can go up to several months) and get back.

What's Bad in Cigarettes?
Many bad things used to happen to me and others from smoking. And I used to forget one and remember another one from time to time. For this I made a note on my phone of the bad things that are caused by smoking.
Here's the list:

  • More insomniac: I have noticed that many people become sleepless at night, and they suffer in waking up in the morning.
  • Nervousness: Many people lose their patience when they need a cigarette and might become aggressive when they want to have one and unable too.
  • Depression: I don't know if anyone noticed this before. But I noticed this on many people.
  • Phlegm: No need to tell. This should be a normal consequence of tar.
  • Whiteness color on tongue and mouth walls: I'm not a specialist but as far as I know it's a kind of inflammation in the mouth.
  • Yellow teeth: Normal tar effect
  • Gum infection
  • Increase in the acidity of stomach
  • Fatigue and exhaustion: This is mostly caused by the decrease of oxygen in body, for inhaling CO2
  • Sore eyes: Because of fatigue and other effects
  • Fast heartbeats: Less oxygen, more stress so this should the result
  • Ear noise
  • Chest pains
  • Sickness: Well probably is caused by inhaling chemicals?
  • Bad respiration
  • Affecting people around you
  • Cancer
  • Money loss

The list is a lot longer than this you can add a lot more.
Again it's not necessarily all smokers suffer from these symptoms but for sure they have many of them.

Finally
Smoking is extremely bad for you and others around you. If you want my advice, if you haven't tried it NEVER EVER DO.

There's no need to burn your life.
