If it’s been a short while since you’ve seen or talked to somebody, reach out and allow them to apprehend you’re considering them. perhaps even strive it the old style way—sending a physical letter! There’s little question post makes anyone’s day. (Isn’t it the worst after you open your mailbox to nothing?)
Or, if you haven’t had an opportunity to satisfy a colleague in another department at the workplace, or a replacement associate WHO simply joined last week, take into account meeting up for lunch or low. You’ll create a piece friend (or, eventually a piece woman or husband), and, even higher, you’ll build up your network.
