My weight loss journey.. My body transformation 2.

As i've said losing weight is never easy. It takes a lot of self-discipline, courage and hard work. Mine was never easy too. Took me a lot of effort as well. received_10203094951251711.jpeg
First thing I did was to condition my mind thoroughly. I believe sometimes it all about what we think. We oftenly think that eating to much and make our stomach full can fulfill the starving feeling inside. But that not actually right. Feeding our cells is more important than feeding our stomach. So i gave up all my cravings. I fought hard about my mind is constantly urging me to eat. Specially those foods that are not essential and unhealthy. received_1476707069029642.jpeg
Then i coordinated it with my physical fitness. Started doing cardio exercises, circuit training, strength training and more. I did weights much weight that my muscles and body can tolerate. I made it as a habit because i believe consistency would help us achieve our goals. received_10203244952161640.jpeg
Lastly I always put it mind that nothing is too big to handle if your only determined to do it. Because if you really want it you'll find a way if not you'll make an excuse.
