Day 898 | Best Afternoon Nap Ever

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

They are working in my street and I was without electricity all day. This made me go for an afternoon walk to the city to get something for my dad. Once I got back, I opted to just take an afternoon nap which turned out to be simply incredible. I briefly woke up when the electricity got back but I was lying in such an excellent position feeling great that i didn't move an inch and just kept sleeping for a couple of hours. Afterward, I felt totally reborn as if I had cought up with some sleep I missed. I did manage to be a bit productive afterward.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
