Day 2056 | Good Betting & Bad Eating


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

The good thing aboust Saturday was that for the first time this season I felt like I was in the driver seat again when it came down to betting making some nice profit. However, I did skip on a Hot yoga class and went out to the supermarket to get some sandwiches failing to keep up the health eating and lifestyle. The key will really be to flip the switch again as quickly as possible and resume the good streak as I'm already starting to see the difference in my skin again.

It really does feel like the eternal up & downs while I continue to look for a way to have a healthy lifestyle as the standard.


Today Goals: I aim to make Sunday into another great betting day and will keep monday to resume Yoga and healthy eating trying to keep things in check today.
