Over the weekend I took a trip to Holbrook Farm to visit the Eat Justice Food Truck in Bethel, Connecticut. Eat Justice serves up some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the state, and it's located on a small, local produce farm. On Sunday morning, I grabbed myself a bacon, egg and cheese, a couple of tacos and a coffee from Eat Justice to start the day.

The Bacon, Egg & Cheese at Eat Justice is called the Bodega. It consists of North Country Applewood Bacon, American Cheese, Over Easy Eggs and Spicy Ketchup on a Kaiser Roll. As you can see, it's a fine looking breakfast sandwich to say the least. The eggs are laid and cooked in the same vicinity.

I ordered two tacos to go alongside my Bodega breakfast sandwich. One was filled with chicken, the other was pork, but I forget the exact specifications of each. They were both topped with a delicious variety of farm fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and served in a little corn tortilla.

Overall, the Eat Justice Food Truck serves up some of the freshest food around. It's a nice little addition to a local Farm and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
