I was pleasantly surprised with this cute place over in one of the boroughs of Portland. I have passed this place a few times won't being on the bus, and finally had a chance to try it out. I am on a hunt to find the best biscuits and gravy in Portland, after moving here from the south, and missing my roots. This place probably got as close as possible to real biscuits and gravy, except for one hold up. For some reason all the biscuits and gravy of Portland come out with a yellow or orange color to them. Instead of it being the white sausage gravy. The Taste was there though, and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a huge portion that you can share between two people. We did not order our own plates, and shared. Our bill ended up being $10, the same exact price as if you were going to go to McDonald's! That might actually have been even cheaper. But this place on your list of eateries in the near future.
