A hidden gem only to be found at Maripipi, a town in the province of Biliran in Philippines.
Waking up to see this foggy view of the rocky part of the island, I immediately take out my camera and set out for a long exposure shot. The water started to become really foggy which added more mood to the scene.
Behind the rocky part is the Maripipi Volcano. It is classified as a potential active volcano by PHILVOCS, meaning it can start to be have volcanic activities anytime now.
The island is also boastful of rich marine life. Because of this, it became a popular dive site to tourists and is also considered as marine sanctuary.
