와아. 짐정리 하다가 나온..
한짝은 잃어버리고 얘는 고리까지 떨어졌네.
인도여행을 하다가 우연히 발걸음이 닿았던 다람뿌르라는 도시가 있었는데,
거기서 어떤 아저씨의 도움을 받아 인도에서 나름 초호화 리조트에서 공짜로 4일간 묵게 되었었다.
- 인도의 초호화 리조트란, 따뜻한 물이 나오면 말 다한거다.지금은 어떨지 모르겠지만. 그게벌써 10년전이니.
그때 날마다 놀러오던. 니나 라는 이름의 네팔인 부모를 가진, 그래서 네팔사람이지만 인도인인
여자애가 있었는데.
서로 영어를 잘 못해서 온갖 바디랭귀지를 동원해가며 하루종일 이야기를 나누었었는데,
그때 그 아이가 가르쳐줬던 나의 첫 만트라가, 가야트리 만트라..
그러고보니 사라스와티 여신을 대신했던 여신인데,
나도 사라스와티 여신님이랑은 굉장히 인연이 깊은가보다._
많이 알려진 장엄한 느낌이 아닌, 훨씬 뭐랄까..자장가같은 느낌의 음으로 배웠어서 그 음을 아직도 잊지 못한다.
부르라고 하면..부를 수 있으려나? ㅋㅋ
그렇게 4일을 묵으면서 가기전날에 내일 아침에 도시로 떠난다고 이야기를 하니,
껄(인도여자들 아이라이너)이 번지도록 펑펑 울며 꼭 다시 찾아오라고 애기하며 꼭 약속지키라고
잊지말라고 저 귀걸이를 나한테 줬었는데.
결국 못갔다.
10년이 지났으니 그 아이도 29살이 되었겠네.
결혼해서 애도 낳고 그랬을텐데.
다시 한번 인도를 가면 다람뿌르먼저 가서 니나를 찾고,
못찾으면 그 동네에 이 귀걸이를 꼭 묻어주고 싶다.
그녀의 행복을 빌며,
약속을 못지켜서 미안하다는 말과 함께..
Wow. this earing came out of my luggage.
I lost one and the hook is fell...
when i was in india, there was a city named
darampur.
i get there by accident,mm.. this is so much long story.
so anyway i stay very... a good resort, i can use hot water!
(even in india~ 10 years ago.)
at that time, there was a girl named nina, nepali-indian,
she visit me until I leave.
nina and I was not good at english, but we were talking
all day long. she was so much friendly to me.
we have very good time as sister.
we sing mantra together, my first mantra was gayatri mantra that
she teach me.
when i told her before i leave, she was crying so much and
gave me that earing to promse get back.
but. i couldn`t(or didint?...)
alreday 10 years ago story.
if my memory is right, she is 29 years old now.
may get merried? and have babies?
oneday i go india again, i will go darampur first.
and find nina.
if i can not find,
i will bury this earing in this villeage, wishing her happiness
and i am sorry that i can not keep promise.
