Ice Dragon.. Surely that is art?

So I have a bunch of these ice Sculpture things to post., this one is possibly my favourite... Its a giant Chinese style dragon

I couldn't imagine the amount of time that went into creating this. Or how fast it could be destroyed!

But is that art?
