My name is McKenzie Gary, I am a recent graduate from The Pennsylvania State University where I focused on learning about Food Science.
I have an entrepreneurial spirit, am a fan of all types of music, and have become captivated by the city life. With that being said I'm always looking for a chance to grow professionally and personally.
What is Food Science you may be asking? Food Science to me is a platform to have a positive impact on as many people in the world as possible. The area of Food Science that I am most interested in is the Research and Development/Product Development area because I enjoy researching current market trends, finding a problem that consumers are facing and developing a product in order to suit those consumers needs. A few examples of the resources I use for market research include (http://www.mintel.com/) and (http://www.nielsen.com/us/en.html). I look forward to browsing and spending my time in the Food, Technology and Science areas of Steemit! Here are some of the products I've helped develop:
