We are Laurent & Rachèl, a Dutch couple with a passion for traveling and photography. A few months ago, we decided to change our ordinary lives for something more, let's say, 'adventurous'. We quit our 9-5 jobs, started working online and living as digital nomads ever since.
We love to be a part of #steemit! When we found out about this new social media blogging platform we were immediately excited (and then is waiting for 2 weeks quite a long time.. as you all know what we mean ;-)) We were thrilled when we got approved and are now active here for about a week. We’re still figuring out everything and are finding our way here but we thought it would be a good time to do a proper #introduceyourself post and tell you all what you can expect from us!
Digital Nomad Lifestyle
As we mentioned above, we are Digital Nomads which basically means that we are location independent because we're having an online #business and working from our laptops. All we need is a good Wi-Fi connection (and a lot of discipline :)) and we are good to go wherever and whenever we want to! We choose for this #lifestyle because we simply couldn't settle for the cubicle #life. But we are not always on the road because we also love to be at home with family and friends but we do travel most of the time! We've been to a lot of places in Europe and 2 months ago we went outside Europe for the first time to Marrakech, Morocco which was an amazing experience. Our next big trip will be South-East Asia!!

Chasing dreams
In the back of our heads there was always this voice 'there should be more you can get out of life'.. and that's exactly what we are after! Although it wasn’t easy to take that first step in to a complete ‘new world’. But we are happy that we did it and that we’re now chasing our own dreams instead of working for someone else's and we truly hope to create more awareness that everyone should follow their dreams and live their passions.
