recently me and my friend visited SURIGAO DEL SUR PHILIPPINES inspite of the long long long hour travel theres no regret visiting the TURTLE ISLAND AND VANISHING ISLAND of SURIGAO DEL SUR. i STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE to visit this beautiful island.
FROM CEBU book a ticket to BUTUAN from BUTUAN rent a car (to travel exclusively ofcourse with a driver) TO SURIGAO DEL SUR, ask your driver to take you to the nearest hotel/motel or a house for rent near CABGAN ISLAND they know better.... so yeah... google guys haha anyway i hope this helps a little bit.
