Introduce myself - Blue Skies'Drifter

Since i was born i have always been told that there was only one way for living this life, and for my own good there has always been someone ready to tell me what to do, first my parents than the teachers and my boss as well. I have always been too young or too old for doing something!
Unfortunately, the fear in our hearts that is constantly fed by the media, and the modern lifestyle, has become just a source of anxiety and worry, it seems that outside of the small plastic boxes that we have built around ourselves to protect us, there’s only suffering, failure and hatred.
This is what i have always believed too, until i raised my head and over the blanket of clouds i started to see a pale blue window. Since then i'm always with my nose up in the air, looking for my wonderful personal blue sky.

Hello folks! Name’s Lorenzo, Italian guy passionate about art, crafts, cooking and hiking alone surrounded by beautiful landscapes, nature and silence. Since a couple of years i’ve started to look for a different way to live my life, after having discovered permaculture and took my PDC, i started to volunteer mostly in organic farms, using wwoofing and workaway's platforms to discover different realities and different ways to live, not necessarily tied to money or social position, but guided by the rhythms of nature, and allowing to fully enjoy the time that has been granted to us on this beautiful earth.

During the past two years, I’ve travel and volunteer mostly in Italy and Malta. I’ve met a lot of beautiful people and learned loads of new stuff related to self sufficiency, building, crafts, animal care, gardening and food preparation and conservation.
Now I’m moving again to my next destination and towards a new blue sky.

Often this kind of things happens unexpectedly, and in fact after a few hiking trips i took by myself in my homecountry, just with my backpack and a tent, i began to wonder if the peace and serenity i felt in those moments could depend on the fact that with me i had nothing but my “portable home”, a few clothes and a good book for the rainy days, and i'm still asking this to myself now that i’m writing this post, and i’m about to leave again for a new adventure.

Through Steemit, i want to try to share with other people my research, my travels and my nights in a tent surrounded by nature. I love to cook so i could also share some dishes or some nice local food that i'll find along the way, and some advice on cheap traveling as well! And obviously loads of blue skies!
I want to do it through a few seconds videos that i’ll shoot during my travel and some photos.
Hope you guys enjoy!
Ciao!
