Hi everyone, I'm Charley. Currently living in beautiful Portugal, off-grid with my young large pooch. I love Yoga and all things nature. I have recently started studying mushrooms and wild plants which I am super interested in.
I enjoy a simple life with lovely people and food. Last year I started breathwork and cold water therapy as part of a healing journey, that along side yoga was unbelievably transformative and I would love to share all that I have learnt with others.
This is a picture of my dad and I with his donkey and dogs, he also enjoys a simple life off-grid. He has a small farm and a big garden full of yummy veg, he has an abundance of fruit from the trees and every year he makes his own olive oil and wine.
I heard about Hive from @eco-alex and he has invited me to come and help with the @ecotrain community. Im going to help with the curation posts and also post my own challenges and maybe some yoga related posts.
